Professional Ge'ez translation services
Geez Online provides professional Ge'ez (Classical Ethiopic) translation services for scholars, theologians, genealogists, and individuals worldwide. The work covers liturgical, theological, historical, academic, and personal texts — handled with care for context, accuracy, and the living tradition behind each manuscript.
The translator is a native Ge'ez speaker formed within the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church (EOTC) tradition, where the language is not studied as an academic subject alone but encountered daily in worship, prayer, and Scripture. This lifelong familiarity with the language in its natural setting provides a depth of understanding that textbook study alone cannot offer.
All translation work, correspondence, and quality control are handled personally by Samuel Tadasea, co-founder of Geez Online. This ensures consistency across projects and direct communication from first inquiry to final delivery.
